I love colour! Whenever I try any neutrals I find it too hard to resist injecting some colour. These glass bowls are hand blown from the talented people at @mdinaglass and speaking of Mediterranean talent I'm cooking a ragu at the moment for a lasagne tomorrow. I love making Ragu (some of you may know it as a Bolognese sauce), I give it my all and let it slowly cook for 4 to 6 hours to let it mellow, and a whole bottle of red wine obvs. Each batch has its unique taste but equally deep in flavour and love. #notanad
