Happy easter y'all! πŸ’›πŸ£ The table is set for a feast. Unironed linnen tablecloth, pastel tulips and candles at the ready. Sam has devised the menu of spiced tuna cevice on smashed avocado with crostini to start, 8hr slow cooked lamb marinated in red wine and spices, charred aubergine with saffron yoghurt and pomegranate salad and garlic+mint roast potatoes. Ive helped by making a massive mess initially... but its all sorted now. Hoping the 3rd beast of snow doesnt land... or should it make work quieter later.
